Typically, square shapes carry a beautiful natural contour, so you don't have to work as hard. Focus on bronzer on the high planes to warm the skin, and use a bright blush over the apples of your cheeks. This will also soften a square face. Mainly for shoot makeup, its all about skin, regardless if the rest of the face is natural or over the top. Test with a flash to make sure foundation is photo friendly and doesn't reflect white (...prom face!).
