I just wanted to know what face shape i had for future reference and also what make up you think i should use, especially on the eyes. Atm i just use mascara and eyeliner but i don't know what colours to use or brands?

What face shape do i have and what makeup should i use? (photo)?
I would say that you have an oval face shape, leaning slightly towards long.

I think your make-up looks really good on you as it is, keep it natural for your skin tone and hair colour.

I think you should use a dark brown eyeliner, and for going out brown shimmery eye shadows, you could also wear all sorts of green eye shadows, concentrate on the top eyelid and then just use an eyeliner brush to apply under the bottom lashes to about halfway across. A peachy bronze for blusher and i'm not sure if you're wearing any lipstick or gloss in this picture but whatever it is it looks really good and suits your skin tone!

You're gorgeous by the way! What face shape do i have and what makeup should i use? (photo)?
I think you have a slightly oval shaped face. For your eyes i think you could wear greens browns and golds .I think they would go with your complexion and eye colour. There are so many different brands around but i would recommend Sleek makeup can be baught in superdrug you can purchase one of there eye shadow pallets which contains 12 different colours for only 拢3.99 .I use them every day , for either may daytime makeup or my evening makeup. They last ages and are great for any ocassion.
I'd say you're quite heart shaped? and you have very very good skin so don't overload it with make up, you're one of few who can get away with not wearing all the face rubbish. For eye stuff though, try doing smokey eyes with blend-able browns and blacks or grays and blacks. Bourjois little round pots are good for this. Urban decay do really good bright eyeshadows, I think a dusky blue would really suit you xx
You have a long face, play up one feature either the eyes or the lips and not both. It's good that you have brown eyes as you can carry most eyeshadow colours.

Free photo editor similar to Corel Paint shop pro x2 where i can use the makeup tool to cover things up?

I need a photo editor that has a 'makeup' tool or whatever just like corel paint shop pro x2 did, but i have run out of trial, is there any for free or that i can get on trial??Free photo editor similar to Corel Paint shop pro x2 where i can use the makeup tool to cover things up?
Unfortunately, the Makeover Tool is only found in Paint Shop Pro. You can do the same things - whiten teeth, skinnify (my favorite!), etc. with other programs but it takes a number of steps to do them. The actions aren't programmed as tools and conveniently put in one place.

You can look over, download and try some of the free mid-level and advanced image editors.

I like my eyeliner, but people say I wear too much, and I really like the way she does hers. How can I get my makeup like hers?[photo]?
Basically , she does her's a little thicker, but the issue is, yours eyes are different shape than her's. If you want to do it like that, it may not work out. But buy some black eye liner and put it around your eye and a little on the bottom, under your lash line, then smudge it just a little with a q-tip or special smudge eye liner. Good luck. How can I get my makeup like hers?[photo]?
As the other girl said, you wear it the same. You might actually wear a bit less than that girl does. However, I advise not using it on the water line anymore. This will really help it look like you are wearing less (maybe smudge it into the last line instead) and it will keep your eyes more ';open';. Also, your eye shape is different, so even if you were to replicate her makeup exactly, it would look different every time.
you have ABSOLOUTELY gorgeous eyes!!!!!really pretty. and im Quessing some deep black eyeliner on the top and bottom eye and some mascara of course but curl the lashes first.

that is what it looks like to me!!^^
you both wear it the same, but she has a different eye-shape.
U dont wear too much!I love the way you do it!

Yeah everyone wears make up that is on a screen (tv, movies, photos). For males it is usually just powder to make foreheads less shiny. Also maybe some concealer or foundation to even out skin tone. The process is the same as with a female. Go to www.youtube.com and look up ';how to put on makeup/foundation';. There's a whole bunch of great instruction videos.
    yes

You need to get some black eye liner and get it as close to your eye as you can without physically puncturing your eye. Get a bronze eye shadow and apply completely around your eye. Then use a rich black mascara and if you need to you can curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler. Get some Hot pink lipstick and possibly a light pink gloss to plump your lips. I hope I could help! Can anybody tell me how to do my makeup like this? : http://www.flickr.com/photos/33832220@N06/3598242498/?
put on eyeliner on top and bottom, put light brown eyeshadow on your lid, get dark pink lipgloss, fake eyelashes, fill your eyebrows in with brown pencil, and get your picture uber photoshopped.
that's just a pretty nude look with a bold lip

    Use black mascara and liner

try a bronze, brown eyeshadow, and a hot pink lip

that lipstick looks like ';girl about town'; from MAC
Look up Make up Geek, she give really good video tutorials! She can help you.
    mascara

    black eyeliner

pink lipstick and abit of sheer gloss

    idk the application process
Big bushy eyebrows, lots of dark eyeliner and ugly pink lipstick should do the trick.

    Makeup Tips I

http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-42eT_e8_b鈥?/a>What makeup is best for wedding day photos?
It's not a bad idea to ask your wedding photographer this. He knows what sort of lighting there will be. The answer depends on whether it's a day wedding or night, indoors under low light or in a hall with fluorescent lights - that all makes a difference.

You need more makeup than the average day, but don't overdo it. Lots of brides overdo it and very few brides can pull off, say, red lipstick.

I'd talk to the photographer about lighting then (and only after you know about lighting) have your makeup professionally done. A pro will know what will work best under various lighting conditions.
Have you ever worn what you anticipated would be a vividly colorful eyeshadow, only to find that under your bathroom lights it looked duller than it did in the pot? Few people realize that in bright artificial light their makeup doesn't pop as much as it does in natural lighting. I put on green shadow and liner once, it looked fine indoors, and as soon as I popped my head out the door my friends asked me to take it off because it was too green.

That said, lighting really does make a difference in what you'll wear. Natural lighting is less forgiving on skin imperfections and tends to reveal any makeup you're wearing as cakey, in my experience, even when done professionally. If you have any sort of swelling or blemishes, it wouldn't be wise to stand directly under a light which will cast shadows down from said trouble spots and emphasize them, which is the last thing a bride would want!

Try watching a wedding show on TLC, I know they sometimes give tips there, or do a google search for wedding day makeup artists - some of them give their tips right on the site if they're not close enough to your home to do the makeup for you. If you don't want to hire a makeup artist, I suggest at least going to a makeup counter at maybe MAC or Nordstrom's and telling the lady there you don't know what to wear for your wedding. She will help you find what looks best on you. You do have to apply makeup a little heavier for it to register on camera, so keep that in mind, but don't apply it so you look like a clown.

My never-fail go-to's are black liner on the rims of my eyes, a coat of clear mascara, a coat of black or brown mascara, concealer to blot out any imperfections, a light dusting of powder to keep shine away from an oily face, and a touch of lip gloss. I might recommend false lashes though instead of mascara, because if you can find natural looking ones, they are definitely better than anything in a tube, and you can take them off or cry without worrying your face will end up covered in black smudges.
I cannot tell you that, but I can tell you I used Merle Norman for my wedding day and it was a disaster. I looked like a ghost
concealer, powder, waterproof mascara, translucent powder, and a bit of lipstick. But make sure you look natural. You dont want your makeup to overpower your dress.
good make up starts with good skin. i don't care what make up you use or how expensive it is, if your skin is in no condition to handle it, you won't get the look you desire.

facials are to be had NO later than two weeks before your wedding, because sometimes they cause you to break out. during a facial, all the impurities in your skin are brought to the surface, hence the occasional blemish. not everyone ends up breaking out, but why risk it?

get on a good skin care regimen, and if you decide to have your make up done for you by an artist, schedule a practice round one or two weeks before, so you can meet, she can talk to you about colors, what you like, what you don't, etc....most studios actually require a consultation and a run through, but just in case they don't, it'd be a good idea for you to request one.

you'll be glad you did. and, just as a side note, if this is more involved than you wanted to get, you can almost fake this look using mineral makeup. just shop around. it doesn't have exactly the same effect...nothing looks as good as honest to goodness healthy skin, but, it's a close second.
Have you heard of bare Minerals? That's what i tried 5 years ago when i got married and I'm still using it now. I really Love it. I get so many compliments on my skin since I've been using it. It's like I'm not wearing any make-up at all and it looks very natural, you don't have to worry about shining because they have a product called mineral veil it helps keep down the shine.
I would go to a cosmetoligist for my make-up for that special day and be sure that she understands what you are looking for when you book the appointment. I use bare escentials that is all powder and never look shiny. Hope you have a great wedding, that is the biggest priority. Good Luck Hope this helps
use face powder and natural makeup, like you can use brown lip sticks or red....you have to use all natural colours but dont wear clothes of natural colour.
Iwould go to a professional make up artist and get airbrushed. I have had this done many times for special occations and it is great. If done right it looks totally natural and not cakey. unfortunately I didn't know about it in time for my wedding or else I would have had it done for my big day. I highly reccommend the airbrushing it last about 12 hrs and doesn't come off only with soap %26amp; water %26amp; covers everything!!
I would go to a professional salon or makeup artist to get the answer to this question. They can then evaluate your features and see what to use. I would also go through different wedding books and magazines to find a look that you like and see if that can be duplicated with your skin tone %26amp; features.
You should go to the salon .Many professional maker know how make you look beautiful or radiant in wedding.

I would go on there and put a celeb in the search box and then just practice what they do. You are very pretty though and you have cute styleMakeup and hair style/cut tips ? photos!?
Miley's hair and selena's hair have in common is they only have one color hair. LOL

So, grow your hair, make it darker (chocolate brown), and wavy is perfect for you.No bangs either coz u have a nice face and you want to show that.

Blonde is not good for you because of the texture of your skin, blonde makes you look pale.

If you put eyeliner (don't put so much)...You definitely need mascara but again lighten up w/ it bcoz u want to look natural.

Miley uses a lot of bronzer and Selena uses blush.

So it's all up to you.

What else. I really can't talk about make up that much coz' that depends on ur outfit.

    So hope it helps

i do make up professionally and i started copying make up by looking at a picture and really studying the techniques until i got it right, you might want to try that to begin with, for the hair style you might want to go with extensions go to hair salon for that and have it colored i think you would look more beautiful with long hair.
    1. please stop taking such raunchy pics (you're what - 15??!)

    2. you'd have to grow your hair out to look like miley cyrus

    3. try pinning it back into a bun and adding a cute headband

    4. try clipping your bangs back on top

    5. try a light pink eye shadow since you're pale
i think your hair should look more natural. i love the cut right now it looks really cute. but dye it maybe a really pretty burnette color. like goldnen brownish
    Very gorgeous!

I really like your hair now,

What are good types of makeups to use if u are a model getting photos taken?

i need really bright colors not like really dull eyeshadows that you can barely see. i need really bright eyeshadow and lipstick like stuff that sticks out. i also need to know what would be best to buy if you want to put color in your hair but i want the kind that just washes out not that is permanent or lasts a month. What are good types of makeups to use if u are a model getting photos taken?
I guess it would depend on how bright you want the eyeshadow to be but Mary Kay has a great selction of eyeshadow colors...I just love Mary Kay!What are good types of makeups to use if u are a model getting photos taken?
if u are a professional model you should worry about that....you will have a make up artist available....but if not choose m.a.c. products...they have really bright and vibrant colors....and use semi-perminent hair color that washes off with a couple of shampoos....any brand will do
well i dont know were you live, but here in southern cali we have this makeup called mac makeup, they have great colors that last anything you can think of they have! they have nice lip gloss and lipstick, it's the place to go down here, if you dont have them try this web site and you can order it online.

    try fake lashes or,

mascara but only the top and light coat; possibly brown.

    just go light on everything.

How can I get my eye makeup to look like Hilary Duff in this photo?
Get your eyelashes permed. It makes them thicker, and curlier.

This way you have the effect for a few months without worrying trying to get the effect.

If not, heat your eyelash curler, then ply mascara. Don't use a top liner.
Looks like eyeliner on the top lid, and she seperates the lashes. You can get them put on like that too.
    fake eyelashes, eyeliner, mascara

your very pretty, you don't need makeup, you have natural beauty, but if you are wearing makeup in the pics just keep doing what your doing!LADIES : Any Makeup Ideas For me? =) (see photos)?
You have beautiful eyes and that should be the feature to spend the most time on. You have brown eyes which makes you lucky as you can wear almost any eyecolor. Just experiment and see what you like best. Often if you use 3 colors a highlighter just below your eyebrow, a midtone along the crease, and an accent just on your lower lid. Never put eyeline on jus the bottom of your eye as it will make your eyes appear to droop. You're top lip is a little thin. To make your lips look more full, after you apply your lipstick, just add lipgloss to the pucker of your mouth. It will make your lips fuller.
your skin is very fair so i would suggest a light bronzer just to give your face a pretty glow;) get your eyebrows waxed %26amp; come them with a eyebrown brush not comb ;) then for your lashes i would suggest a black brown to pop out your brown eyes then for eyeshadow try a hazelnut brown with a tint of baby blue then for eyeliner try maybeline brown black, for your lips cover them with a light cover up then put a light peachy lipliner on followed by maybeline soft lipstick-peach dust =D

there you go you will look like a 1000$

    hope i helped

    =D
i think the subtle way you apply your make up really works for you, how about try lining the upper inside of your eyes and then a thin black layer on top (like the cat eye, but not so dramatic, like old hollywood stars, like audrey hepburn) and mascara with a slightly pink tinted gloss, that would really play up your eyes =)

or purple eye shadow and a dab of pearly white shimmer eye shadow on your brow bone and slightly bronzing your face with blush and clear gloss...

    have fun =)
    you need to buy some foundation called ';Bare minerals.';

wear some brown crayon eyeliner, brown masscara,

light pink/clear lipgloss! maybe some compact blush. =)
try the smokey eye, or to play up your eye color, purple eyeshadow, a bit of blush....but don't go overboard. play up your features
maybee try some dark eyeliner and longer lashes. apply some liquid eyeliner to the top lid on the lash line also to make it pop :] ohh and maybe like a light red/pink lipstick or gloss too!
how about a nice light brown eye shadow with brown eye liner only on the top. Then a few layers of brown mascara. Peach blush and a hint of pink lip gloss.
    very black eyeliner

    and mascara

    itll make ur eyes pop

and use a little consealer if u need on blemishes

    bags under ur eyes
i would use blue eye shadow, blackmascara, brown eye liner, and a red lip gloss.
U are pretty i think you should try a natural look with like glowin blush http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiTzysYrI鈥?/a>

  • What makeup is best for wedding photos?

I am getting my makeup professionally done through a family friend and her salon. She told me she could get any makeup I wanted. She suggested MAC makeup as its good for photos. The only problem is, MAC makeup is very dark and I am afraid it will be too bold and not very bridal. My question basically is, what is good makeup to use for your big day? What looks best for photos? I dont want to look too natural as I am not fair skinned but I dont want to look like im going to the club either! Any suggestions? What makeup is best for wedding photos?
Have you worn MAC makeup before? For me I had worn MAC before and their foundations don't agree with my face. It makes my face very oily so I knew that it wasn't going to work for me.

I think the best thing to do is have a trial run with your makeup artist - try using MAC and see how your skin reacts, if the makeup looks to dark, they eyeshadow stays on, etc.

For me I have several different cosmetic brands that my makeup artist used for the day of my wedding because I have certain products that I know work on my skin. I personally recommend Estee Lauder for your foundation. If you have oily eyelids I highly recommend using Urban Decay's Eye Primer Potion - your eyeshadow will stay on all day.

Try playing around with different products and get to know what really works for you. I think thats the best way to go. You don't have to focus on one particular brand of make-up; just focus on what will work best with your skintype, eyes, lips, etc. What makeup is best for wedding photos?
MAC is a good brand of makeup. They do have dark colors but they also have lighter colors. MAC eye makeup is highly pigmented which is why it's a good choice for photos. I suggest letting the makeup professional advise you as to what your options are and what would be best. Then have a trial and take pictures.
I would stay with MAC. Both of my daughters and daughter in-law Had their make up done by a MAC professional,It all depends on who does your make up, and how heavy of a hand they have, It can be put on very light.

Go to the MAC counter and have a trial run, This will only cost you a tube of lipstick, or an eye shadow.

Bobby Brown is all so very good. But I prefer MAC. It does last longer.
MAC will be the best for photos. It doesn't have to be too dark....It's creator made it to withstand theater acting, so it will withstand your tears.

You sound like you look like me...go do a trial run at the MAC store just to get a feel if you like. I am going for a peachy look for my May wedding and I am using MAC
Airbrush is the best, it turns out the best in photos (according to my photographer). It also will match with your skin tones better than regular make up and you can choose as much or little as you want when it comes to the eyes and blush/bronzer.
Get MAC, just try a lighter shade. Try the MAC in shade NC 35 or NC 30 (from the bottle). It's the most amazing make up ever. You can buy and it t ry it out for a couple days to see how it feels/looks, and if you decide you don't like it, you can bring it back for a complete refund. Good luck and congrats!
Don't do anything bold... you husband will want you to look the way you usually do, with a little extra. I know my future hubby would be bummed to see me in my pictures with red lips or a dark eyeliner. Go for natural tones, I'm sure it will look really pretty with your complexion. :)
I happen to agree with you. I know MAC is great for dramatic photoshoots, but I think its way too intense for a wedding. I know Smashbox is excellent for photos and it is much more subtle.
Mac has a wide range from light to dark?

Well, first of all,I def. agree w/ King Jacob and Forbidden.Jacob mentioned that he wasn't shocked, but disgusted at the fact that they throw themselves in make-up and encourage other women to look like them, when the truth as a matter of fact is,they don't look good themselves. And I agree.I find some celebrities to be hypocritical because of the fact. Some of them encourage people to match their looks w/ products or clothes while they're always talking about natural beauty... -___-

Forbidden mentioned that they are just normal people and trying to look flawless all the time can be tiring and again,I agree. They're human, just like us,the only difference is that they are more known than the rest of us-that's all.Nothing more.

But I also want to add the fact that it's really not their fault.WE have created an imagine as to ';What is beautiful'; or as to ';What is perfect...';WE take imperfection and make it ';perfect'; w/ make-up and photo shop, and whatever needs to be done.

...%26amp; last, but not least I also want to mention that those are NOT the worst pictures shots I've seen.Check these out.All I have to say is that make-up and photo shop do miracles.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0yNATKSQ鈥?/a>Is anybody else shocked by these photos of celebrities without makeup?
No, not really. I think they are just normal person, not pretty as when they are on TV, or magazine. But models as Victoria secret models, they always look good even they don't wear makeup, except Heidi klum, she looks so old, her face is so wrinkle with or without makeup, I don't like that woman with her stupid accent.
well tbh, like the comment above i arnt suprised. they obviusly were all that make up for like music videoss or watevaa they do. you cant expect every person that is famous to be natrally prety like that all the time. i like christina agulairaa though (YY) x
Lady Gaga won't be riding anyone's disco stick for awhile looking like that :-p

I'm not as shocked as I am disgusted by the fact that they drown themselves in makeup and then make non-celebrity woman try to match their looks, when they in fact look horrible themselves.
No, not so much shocked. I mean they are people too, just because they are very well known and uphold an image as being glamorous or what not doesn't mean that they need to look that way 24/7. That would get pretty tiring. I still love ';Christina Aguilera';.
atleast they have the guts to go out in public like that. We shouldn't all have to pile on makeup like that. You know home much makeup they have to use to look ';naturally pretty';?
omg..lady gaga is soo ugly without makeup! but hilary duff look good either with or without makeup!!
Hilary Duff looks hot as always
    So weird,

they look like normal people for once.
Geeees.. Lady gaga looks like crap. No offence but she is ugly!
I always knew Lady Gaga wasn't hot! =P
OMG!!! Are you sure thats them???? LOL Lady Gaga looks so weird
I AM THAT IS SOOOOO WEIRD!!!!!!!!

Need makeup advice for a photo shoot. All suggestions welcome, especially from pros/stylists.?

I am going to a model search next Saturday and I would like some other opinions of how to do my makeup. I would like to look put-together (not trashy) in person, as well as have it photograph well.

My skin tone is olive/tan and I have blue grey eyes. My hair color is very dark brown and it will have a violet tint. My outfit consists of a burgundy sweater/hoodie over a chocolate brown halter, and a dark denim skirt.

I love to play up my eyes and enjoy applying makeup but I'm not so great putting colors together so all suggestions are welcome. Additionally, I've been looking for a good color of blush to use with my skin tone but I'm at a loss. Would I look better with a bonzier, yellow-undertones blush, or a dark pink/wine color with blue undertones?

Thanks for any help you can provide!Need makeup advice for a photo shoot. All suggestions welcome, especially from pros/stylists.?
I suggest going to Mary Kay's website and doing a ';virtual makeover';. You can pick a model that looks most like yourself and then they will give you several different color combinations that will look great! I can also say that blue eyes should not have blue eyemakeup. Purple does look good on blue eyes though, and might look really nice with your hair having the purple tint. Other than that it is very hard to recommend color to someone I've never seen, sorry :( But good luck and I hope you have a great time!!Need makeup advice for a photo shoot. All suggestions welcome, especially from pros/stylists.?
For the eyes, try a couple of browns varying different colors of browns. For the blush, try a pinkish with a clear lipgloss.
If you're going to a model search try not wearing much make up at all...they love seeing your natural beauty and they envision in their minds how you would look with make up on...make them curious and wonder about you. Don't try to hard!! good luck!!
I think that you should first use a liquid foundation, and then add on a pressed powder after it to keep your complexion shine free. Add some bronzer to the apples of your cheeks (smile when you apply it so you add it in the right spot) and it will give your whole face a warm glow.

Add a brown eyeliner to the bottom lid of your eyes, and a liquid eyeliner to the top lid. This will make your eyes appear wider.

Don't wear any eyeshadow, this will help with a natural look. If you do want to wear something though, go for a navy blue or brown.

    Also, wear black mascara.

I hope I helped, good luck!

How can i get her makeup (photo) best answer 5 stars =] please help?

I really love her lipstick as well! Does anyone know a lipstick's which is this shade?

thanks in advanceHow can i get her makeup (photo) best answer 5 stars =] please help?
on that lipstick, try using clinique's colour surge butter stick. you can get the shade first love or pink-a-boo. those look near it. honestly, she's way way way too pink though. if you're going to try for this look, maybe use more of a brown or nude for your blush, and don't go too crazy with the light shadow. just a little in the corners of your eyes.

it almost looks like she's used the same colour for her blush and eyeshadow. if you do that, it's fine, just make sure to dust your cheeks with a little more powder than your eyes after you're done.

if you have a rosy complexion, try going on the brown side. the link to the lipcolor is below, LOVE SEPHORA! they are so great! How can i get her makeup (photo) best answer 5 stars =] please help?
white shimmery shadow in the inner corners of the eyes and maybe like a light coppery colour on the rest of the eyelids.

    black mascara

a light peachy/pink blush on the apples of the cheeks

and a peachy-nude lipstick...as for the lipstick colour, just find a brand you like and look for a peachy-nude shade.
You should ask the people at Macys. They sell estee lauder brand stuff there. I mostly use that. I thought they had shade and all of the makeup. Hope I could help!

I need help to choose the best makeup for my upcoming pro photo shoot!?

Please help if you have some idea about nice makeup for fashion shoot. I am gonna wear few different styles from sexy to casual so i need a makeup look which goes with all. Any photo you have would be the best help so i can see the makeup. Possibly if you are a model yourself maybe you can help. Thanks a bunch. Any photo or idea would be nice.I need help to choose the best makeup for my upcoming pro photo shoot!?
i think metallic gold around the eyes and black mascara.I need help to choose the best makeup for my upcoming pro photo shoot!?
Hi Rare, I am not a model, but I am contributing my experience. I do not wear makeup normally but one day I though I want to , and I ask my friend for her suggestion which one to buy, good and safe. she said the more pricer the better, and I wore it, And I didnt find any such difference, I personally believe unless you get makeup from professional people you never look good casually, I see girls wearing makeup in weekend and to me they look ugly, their looks and their makeup are visible not blended, I see no purpose of them wearing those creams, to me makeup should just enhance your natural beauty, it should not be something which make your face looks artificial, girls or boys in movie or TV or magazine covers are different ,sure. So better than makeup, I try to take care of my skin, and hair, They are biggest assets. and I try to keep my skin and hair as healthy as possible, I apply some cream that completely blends with my skin and make it look even more natural and gives accurate amount of moisturizer. I feel comfortable and natural and pretty in them.

I am taking black and white photos what is the best look to go for...clothes wise and makeup wise?

I am taking them with my boyfriend they are marternity photos.I am taking black and white photos what is the best look to go for...clothes wise and makeup wise?
Modern black and white films are incredibly sharp. Make sure whatever you were is lint free becuase it really shows up.I am taking black and white photos what is the best look to go for...clothes wise and makeup wise?
Wearing white or cream will look good on you. Also, don't wear lipstick that's too dark for it won't show properly in this picture.
For clothes, choose solid colors that have good contrast with your skin. For example, if you are dark-skinned, choose a light-colored shirt. If you are light-skinned, go with a darker-colored shirt. Solid colors will look best (no patterns/prints/words/etc.)
The best look for the white and black photos is to

dress something which is too simple ,,so that's mean dress wisely,,but regarding make-up

my advise is to put heavy one cause light absorb colours and also white and black photos didn't show that u are really putting a heavy make-up.
Makeup wise, you can layer on the makeup because black and white photos will blend all of the tones together. red lipstick will make your lips stand out really well. I would use a light eyeshadow (frosty white or pink) and a black eyeliner to make your eyes noticeable.
Surprisingly I think that the best colors to wear for black and white photos are black and white. Or any simple colors, like cream color or soft browns. That's because black and white photos are usually soft so if you continue the flow you'll get the best out of the picture.

As for makeup it depends but since they are maternity photos go for something soft and natural. Think neutrals. Hope this helps.
Anything black and whilte for clothes then hair put it in a fancy bun the put black and clear butterfly or flower clips in. Makeup- go casual.
light or dark shirt i would say opposite of your man dramatic eyes i like eyeliner and even though it will be in black and white your eyes will sparkle hair down mybe chrunched you could ware some lipstick no to light tough or maybe just gloss if that suits you better ..
you will need heeavier than usual makeup for black and white photos because they emphasize blemishees on your skin. Clothes wise, I like black pants with a bold color flowing top. That wawy you will see the contrast in the photo. Just make sure to smile and fell happy!
I have always thought that black and light colored (white, khaki) clothing look best in black and white photos. Go for natural with the makeup. The black/white contrast will emphasize the fact that you are wearing excessive makeup if you do too much.

Check out this photographer's website: http://www.kellyjackson.com/families.asp

She does a lot of black/white photography, and you can get some good ideas of what looks good in that type of photography.

    Have fun!
i would try to stay in black and white clothes anyways because the colored clothes but take off the effect!

  • What type of foundation do professional makeup artists use for wedding photos?

I would ask the person who did my makeup, but I am not speaking to her-she left me to go makeup another bride while I was getting my nails done, and I was late to my own wedding. What type of foundation do professional makeup artists use for wedding photos?
I agree with MAC foundation- but also try SmashBox Photofinish primer - it makes your foundation last %26amp; your skin is so smooth. You can find it at sephora - http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>What type of foundation do professional makeup artists use for wedding photos?
this is a great question! I hope that anyone who answers will also tell where the average person can purchase the products. I hate it that you were late for you own wedding. Boo on the person who did your make-up.
I agree with the first person who recommended MAC ... they have great foundations and fun colors for everyday use. Make sure you are not allergic to talc, though, as that is what most of their eye makeup is made with. There are specific MAC stores in most malls but it can also be found in larger anchor stores such as Macy's and Nordstrom. I also love Smashbox make-up. The price is comparable to MAC and you can find it in Sephora.
MAX factor international. its the best. its lightweight and it doesnt wear off..i love it! i perosnally use covergirl translucent powder. its flawless and it doest wear off as easily.
I did my own makeup for my wedding, but I did buy a foundation from Merle Norman to use and it worked wonderfully!

I've heard some makeup artists use a sort of ';spray on, all day long lasting foundation'; that is special in that it doesn't lose its spark and continues to look good on the face for hours.
I did my own makeup and I used estee lauder. The thing you need to get right is matching your skin tone. Then set it with powder. It lasted all day and no one knew I did my own makeup.
Well, I don't know about what a pro would use, but I would go with BareMinerals from BareEscentuals. There is no line where the make up starts and the skin ends, and it blends perfectly to your exact skin tone even though it only comes in about 8 actual colors and only 4 skin tones. Plus, it's all natural mineral make up that doesn't clog your pores, so not only will you be picture perfect on the wedding day, but you won't break out during the honeymoon.

You can find it online at www.bareminerals.com or you can go to Sephora, either in person or at www.sephora.com
I use Merle Norman personally, it covers everything from acne to wrinkles. More than not I use ';Alabaster Beige'; it fits most womens skin tones with more of a ';yellow'; to it, so it cuts the redness and blends into natural color with A LOT of coverage well. You use it as a cover up first, then go back over it like a foundation. It's about $20.00 and lasts well over 6 months if it's for personal use.

i am a make up artist and a master cosmetologist. i have fallen in love w/ MAC make up, its great. i use it and all of my clients LOVE it.
Not sure what professionals use by I use BareMinerals and I absolutely love it. I don't break out at all anymore and the best thing about the minerals is you never know it's on your face. In the heat, liquid make-up runs and builds up and I find it to feel slimy on my face. I'm sorry to hear about your wedding situation!

adobe photoshop is amazing at things like that but like you didnt want, its not specific for makeup. it can do it very well though.

paint.net! It's a free photo editor and works very well. I think it's better than Adobe. Just Google paint.net and it should be right at the top. You can also download it at download.com.

you're really lucky you have naturally beautiful hair. but its not all about the hair.

be casual with it, it makes it look like you're not trying to hard and you end up looking really confident. jeans and a clean tee that compliments your skin tone is such a turn on for guys, dont let your makeup show natural beauty is everything

-i drink about 3 gallons of water a day and my skin glows more then the red carpet stars.

-i'd also suggest getting a lip gloss that makes your red lips a little more subtle

-a cute ring or some earrings that light up your face are good on a casual outfit

-clean waxed eyebrows are also good but not the mexican style that are arched.

-make sure your nails are clean cut, curved at the edges just a bit. not too long, and go for the soft clear nail polish or a subtle light pink. it makes you look really natural and graceful. the little details count alot and make a difference

-work out alot, it clears up your skin, keeps your skin glowing, and gives you a nice bod

-walk confidently but definetly not the runway walk. head up, soft smile on your face, and not too fast

    make eye contact, and smile.

-whitening strips for your teeth give you an amazing smile also.

Do all this and you'll be able to wear a trashbag and still have people think you're amazing. ahahLooking for a spring look. Any good makeup, hair, whatever suggestions? (photos)?
Part you hair to the side. W/ side swept long bangs. Wear pale tan lip gloss.

If you can, get teeth whitener. If you can't, wear bright pink lip stick/gloss to overshadow the teeth.

use this cream foundation to cover blemishes, red spots, pimples, etc.

then use a light powder, make sure not to use to much or else it looks cakey

use this to brighten the area around your eyes

use some shimmer on your eyes, and a nice glossy lip

use some bronzer on the apples of your cheeks

    simple and very pretty!

    hope i helped!
the wavy straight hair is cute...make-up?....um probably some light pink lipgloss...trust me you dont need all that make-up
I'd say something that fits the ';safari'; trend coming on in the spring/summer: maybe wavy-ish? or the retro one [cuz a lot of the retro stuff's coming back!]

School photos, and i have little pimples on my forehead...MAKEUP OR NO MAEKUP?

makeup can make me look shiny and weird, so i dunno coz the school photos will be pretty small and the pimples might not even show up.School photos, and i have little pimples on my forehead...MAKEUP OR NO MAEKUP?
If you're makeup makes your skin shiny its only cos its crap.

use a good concealer first, just to cover the spots. Then put a good foundation over it all. Loreal makes fairly matte foundations. So does napolean perdis. revlon is also ok. maybe use a little powder over the top if its really bad.

But just experiment!! you really should be figuring out what works for you BEFORE you need to use it. I would go to a pharmacy or department store and talk to the girls there. They will give you good advice and allow you to test the different brands to find the right one.School photos, and i have little pimples on my forehead...MAKEUP OR NO MAEKUP?
if you can wear makeup..wear it
I recommend makeup(if you are allowed), because pimples can be a bit embarrassing. But don't put too much makeup on because then you'll look ';like something else';, just put a matte on but evenly across your face. If you don't really want to use makeup then you should get retouching, most schools usually have that(especially ';Lifetouch';). I really hope I helped, and good luck!!!
use waterbased foundation-looks more natural since ur pimples r small it should be good coverage
i dont know how make-up looks on your skin but i'd probs wear make-up because it usually makes photos look really good. if the make-up you have makes you look weird and shiny you should try napolean perdis 'camera finish' powder. its really good and its matte so it takes away shine and it looks extremly natural. i swear by this make-up! but if you want to be able to look back on the photo and see what you really looked like that year then dont wear make-up :):):).

i guess in the end its up to you. but experiment with different make-up looks and see if there is a natural looking one you like.
Makeup for sure ! You don't want to look back years from now and think ';why the hell didn't I wear makeup'; !!! ???
    MAKEUP of course!!!
    I say MAKE UP

if you are that worried about it

exfotiate extra hard that will stop

the shinyness for a good 3 hours

    DO NOT PUT ON

    moisturisor after you exfoliate

    it wont help your problem
MAKE UP girlfriend, people will be looking at these for years
wearing makeup is the worse thing you can do when you have pimples. trust me i should know.

The best thing i can suggest as remedies are recipes i have from my herbal remedy work.

    first recipe: Lavender steam

boil some water in a cheap pot and put about 1 Tablespoon of Lavender Flowers in the hot water. put a dry towel over the back of your head and bend over the pot and allow the steam to come into contact with your face allowing the pores to open and take in the natural vapors of the flowers and stay there for 15 minutes. rinse your face off and pat dry. repeat for anytime you need till the acne has disappeared.

    second and more direct method

locate some witch hazel. you can find it at major drug and health stores now i believe. witch hazel has natural chemicals that remove oil from the skin making it pure and oil free.

only use a dab of witch hazel on a cotton ball or two at a time.

do not rinse off. repeat for desired effect.

the final method and more difficult.

now i know you ladies like mud masks but heres one to try.

Honey and Onion mask. it may sound strange but it works.

Mix 1 ';teaspoon'; onion juice to 2 ';tablespoons'; of honey and mix well.

apply to face where the zits are and leave for 15 minutes. rinse with warm water then follow up the rinsing with cold water. Honey is a natural bacterial static compound.

static means bacteria cannot grow in it. the onion juice serves as a deliverer of the element known as Sulfur which acts as a active ingredient for healing and soothing the skin.

I hope these methods help you out with your dilemma.

    have a a nice day.
Can you cover the pimples with bangs just for the pictures? Once the pictures are done get the hair out of your face because you don't want any hair products aggravating your skin even more.

The makeup will sit on your skin throughout the day and could certainly add to the problem.
    maybe some tinted moisturiser

or if u get white and shiny use a sunscreen FREE makeup.

    good luck

even the makeup you do wear, looks very natural so you can barely tell

i think your eyeshadow%26amp;liner looks really cute though :)Too much makeup for day time (photos)?
    Hi,

Let me start by saying that you are a gorgeous girl. I loved the first picture. I am a Professional makeup artist and know that makeup looks lighter in pictures compared to in person look. My personal choice is to wear light makeup i.e Tinted lotion, bronzer, natural eyeshadow, mascara and khol line with nude lips. You can always add color in the evening.

The basic rule is if you are using color on your eyes then keep your cheeks and lips natural and vice versa...

    i hope this helps :)

    -T
It's more than I wear and I am 17 too.

but I take about twenty mintues to do mine too.

moisturizer, concealer, then a foundation powder.

curl lashes, mascara( this is what takes me that longest)

then I usually darken my eyebrows with a brow powder, and add some natural looking lip gloss.

you don't look like you wear too much, it just sounds like a lot. I would probably wear about the same amount too, but I like to have a natural look.
It looks great but you wear a lot for everyday. Face is fine and lip gloss is a definite. But you don't really need that much eye stuff. All the shadows are a lot. You don't want to wear a lot of makeup everyday and then when you go out or have prom or something, look exactly the same.
Dame it sounds like a lot but you make it look like a little I think your makeup looks nice and natural but is it all really necessary I mean you look like there is so little I don't think that long list is necessary but hey you do a good job making it look natural.
No, I think it looks great. I am not a big fan of eyeliner during the day, though. I prefer just heavy mascara. But that's just what I like.

BTW You are beautiful!!!! Gorgeous eyes.
    Wow, you are beautiful!!

That isn't too much at all!! It looks really pretty, and you used the perfect amount of eyeliner to make your eyes really stand out!!

    It's amazing!! Don't change anything!
A little less gloss, but other than that you look great

Try a greenish or bluish shade of eyeshadow, or an amber one.
it looks good just a little less gloss and a little less liner and you will look even better
    It looks good.

You know your wearing to much make-up when it takes you 45 minutes to get it on.
omg that is not nearly as much make up as i wear lol

besides i think it really suites you! =]

    dont change a thing
u have a lot of products lol, but the finished look doesnt look overdone at all very pretty eye makeup! ur very prety btw!
    Nope it's fine.

    You look gorgeous.
it looks fine. but it might be expensive, i dunno.
You look fine!!!!! Very pretty!!! =D
its fine somepeople wear way more
thats not too much at all, its barely any.

i think it looks fine, not over-done at all.
your fine, the way you do your eyes is pretty
lol its fine thats how much i wear

    1. Curl your hair with a straightening iron

    2. To do this, simply wrap a section of your hair around a straightening iron. Wait 5-10 seconds.

    3. Undo the iron, and run fingers through hair.

    4. Do this throughout your hair

    5. Pull up your bangs in a little ';bump'; on your head. Secure with bobby pins

    6. To finish this look, apply scrunching spray. (I recommend Aussie!)

This will give you a beachy texture!

    Make-Up:

    NIGHT LOOK!

    1. Apply a blue color to your eyelids. (Not too dark!)

    2. Wear a little eyeliner on your bottom lashes only.

    3. Put on black mascara

    4. Apply a little clear lip gloss

    DAY LOOK!

    1. Apply a shimmery gold color on your eyelids.

    2. Apply an eggplant color or black eyeliner

    3. Wear a tinted lip balm or clear lip gloss

    4. Apply black mascara

Good Luck! Hope this helped! :DHair and makeup tips for me (photos included)?
I think you should get a more visually interesting haircut. I think you would look beautiful with a bob. Is your hair naturally straight? You can do virtually any style...Try an edgy bob, shoulder length hair, just google hairstyles and look through magazines. Get layers as well to create depth. Also, part your hair to the side. For makeup, I would say keep the eyeliner a little more subtle and apply ONLY to the middle to outside lashline. Always keep your lips moisturized..use lip balm. Try some lip gloss. I also think you can make your skin more lively with a little blush...

Also, mascara would look nice. You could also fill in your eyebrows. I think they would look nicer shaped with a nice arch. But basically, for the everyday look:

    1. lip balm and/or lip gloss

    2. concealer for dark circles/zits (optional)

    3. a little eyeliner, maybe in brown for your case (more natural)

    4. a subtle hue of peachy pink for blush

    5. eyelash lengthening mascara in a dark brown or brown (black seems to clash with your coloring, match your eyeliners and mascaras with your natural eyebrow/eyelash color.
Okay, so your hair is long, straight and brown. I'm guessing curling it would be a hassle, so I would suggest giving it a cut. There's a picture below of what it would sort-of look like:

    http://beauty.about.com/od/photosmediumh鈥?/a>

I think this haircut is gorgeous, and because you have such pretty straight hair, it would look great on you. As for your makeup, you seem to be pretty natural and fair skinned. I think that a subtle green or light pink eyeshadow would still hold onto you natural look and still step it up a little. You should keep the brown eyeliner, but put it as close to your eyelash line as you can on your lids (the top, not bottom). A dark brown mascara would be great, and a pink gloss that isn't too shiny would be very pretty. Blush/powder is optional. Hope I helped!
    EYES:

Eyeshadow: I think you should wear a light eyeshadow that matches the color of your outfits...like if it was a blue outfit wear light blue, green outfit wear light green...and if the outfit is red or any color that wouldn't be good as an eyeshadow color just wear light brown or a goldish color.

Eyeliner: I wouldn't wear eyeliner if I were you...It makes eyes look smaller instead of wider and more open.

Mascara: Just regular black would work fine.

    FACE:

I think you would look really pretty if you wore blush...but not too much.

LIPS: That tinted lip balm looks fine, also a clear or light pink lip gloss would look nice too.

HAIR: I think you would look really cute in side bangs and some layers.

P.S. I was looking for a pic of hair with side bangs and layers but i couldn't find a nice one, sorry.

    Hope this helps! :]

Okay, so I have a thing with partings down the middle. To me, they are hideous (Of course SOME people can pull it off) Keyword; SOME. Okay so get layers and definitely get either a side sweep or bangs. I suggest you get your hair a bee-you-tea-full mocha color and as for makeup, you are young. I'd say shimmery (dark if you are looking for a rougher look), eyeliner, mascara and lip gloss. One of my secrets are that I put lets say a glittery silver color on my eyelid, then get this gold lip shimmer and apply it to my eyelids. (: It makes it really metallic looking and hot.

    xoxox

    ARA
give your hair a dramatic, choppy layers cut. wear mascara, and use pencil eyeliner on the top AND bottom (i suggest a kohl type, or black or maybe even brown). try a more dramatic lip color

    thats about it:)

    mine please?

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>
I would go with side sweeping bangs with a longer graduated A-line hair cut...also some work on your eyebrows, thinner (but not too thin) with more of a defined arch...
    lipgloss,pink eyeshadow,brown mascara and eyeliner.
i just look at your acne, no offence your cute, but thats all im staring at. but i dont know you so dont take it personally.
omg u would look so good if u got ur hair cut!

about, maybe shoulder length or shorter and added some side bangs!

if i were u i wld get layers

It's pretty simple if you haven't all ready found it, you pretty much just put a orange/goldish eye shadow all over or jus to the crease and put a darker color on the crease, and then take a felt tip liquid eye liner and make little c's and opposite c's kind of into a circle shape and then take a brown eye shadow and fill in the spots.

i have alot of photoshoots coming up 3 of which i have to do my own makeup... how do you contour a square shaped face... and tips for photo shoot make up!How to contour (makeup) for a square shaped face? and photo shoot makeup?
Typically, square shapes carry a beautiful natural contour, so you don't have to work as hard. Focus on bronzer on the high planes to warm the skin, and use a bright blush over the apples of your cheeks. This will also soften a square face. Mainly for shoot makeup, its all about skin, regardless if the rest of the face is natural or over the top. Test with a flash to make sure foundation is photo friendly and doesn't reflect white (...prom face!).

you're pretty, you don't need a major makeover or anything

but in the first pic, putting eyeliner on the inside tends to make eyes look smaller, you should maybe try a smudge brush or something like that to bring out your eyes and not have the eyeliner make them look so closed off.Makeup %26amp;%26amp; Hair Advice please (PHOTOS INSIDE)?
i love the second picture, the bangs are so much better and on the first picture you had your eyes COMPLETELY lined. and that gives off the impression of 'cat eyes'. and thats basically the only thing, maybe go a little heavier on the liner. the second picture looks more natural and it looks so much better.
I like how your hair is done in the second picture, but I prefer the make-up in the first. I would go with layers in the front, as a cut. It would work well with your heart-shaped face. And as you have blond eyebrows, maybe a darker eyebrow pencil would help them pop, and not ';disappear';.
the eye liner takes away from your beautiful eyes. so try a softer liner. and maybe a little blush. hair? just do your thing and you'll look great.
i like your look. keep it simple. but i would use a lil mascara and make an eye wing with liquid mascara. and maybe a shiver color on your lids.

(if you wear it post a picture so i can see how well it covers.. i can never find pictures online)Grad Photos on Friday.. makeup!?
You just go buy PROACTIVE!!! and in ur case U NEED IT!!!! and wallla alll perfect +]Grad Photos on Friday.. makeup!?
To cover any zits in the areas you specified , apply a good foundation in your skin tone with a foundation brush. If you don't have a foundation brush , blot ( don't rub or wipe ) it on with a sponge or your fingers. If some zits are really red , find a green concealer ( stick or liquid , both do the job ) and apply it before your regular colored concealer. This will make the red not show. Apply a loose or pressed powder to set your foundation and make it last longer.

To make your eyes pop in pictures, line only your top lids (lining both bottom and top tends to make eyes look smaller in pictures) and add a drop of baby blue or white eyeshadow to the inner and outer corners of your eyelids. Apply some mascara to your top lashes.

Lastly , if you tend to look washed out in photos , apply some blush or bronzer ( powder ) to your cheeks , nose and forhead. But don't put too much. Apply a nude gloss ( or one with a slight pink stain ) to your lips and you're done.

Hope I Helped and Good Luck With Your Picture =]
you should put a primer on before you put any makeup on because it keeps your makeup on try buying a mac primer i like theirs and then you should use cover up on any blemish use a concealer with a green tone cause it makes the redness go away i use the physicians formula concealer n it works well and i recommend mac studio fix foundation it covers up everything and then follow up with powder to make sure theres no shine also buy some blotting pads in case and for the rest of your makeup you should use mascara n some eyeliner but not to heavy and a big of lipgloss

I suggest that you just strenghten out you hair and use little or no make up. Only use mascasra and lip gloss. You would look much better that way. What hair/makeup for graduation photo?
Do a hairstyle that is timeless so that you don't look back at it 15 years from now and die laughing.

As for makeup, use sparingly. When you are in high school you still have that beautiful toned skin. Show it off.
i would go with a make up a little darker than your skin because the lights make you look a little lighter. Try taking some picture of yourself with different make up on this will give you a better sense of the color and finish like matte finish so the shine wont show through
I would say do something easy and normal for your hair...probably just leave it down and make sure it stays put.

I would suggest light makeup as too much would look goofy. Maybe a little bit of eyeliner (only on the bottom) and mascara and chapstick(which is essentially like gloss)!

Okay, so take a black marker, or some charcoal, and rub it all over your eyelid, and under it too. You gotta get it allllll over. Make sure you do it a few times, it needs to be BLACK.How do i do my eye makeup like the photos in the links below?
This make up look is not for me but if its what you like then you should be able to wear it. You need Prime your eyelid so the eyeshadow and eye liner stay all day and un creased. Then close your eye and draw a kind of almond shape with the inner corner of the eye the point of the almond color it in with eye liner and then dab black eyeshadow all over it to set the eye liner. Follow the round end of the almond around and under your eye in a sweeping motion with eyeliner. Then smudge with a cotton tip and use a small brush or cotton tip to dab black eye shadow on it again. you can either leave it with a sharp edge or blend it with a small brush or cotton tip to look smokey. Don't forget to line the inner rims for that real POPPING look.

I hope this helps. Any questions just let me know
    Oh God.

    Please, do NOT recreate this.

Other than for halloween, or for a dare, this kind of makeup is extremely unattractive.

All they did was basically rim their eyes with half a stick of black pencil eyeliner.

Ewwww.. I just looked at ALL the pictures.

The girl looks like I would get herpes by just touching her.

All that was done was caking black shadow and black liner onto the eye. A 2 year old can do this kind of a look.
    the one u like most

    use Sharpie Magic Marker
All you need is black pencil liner (perhaps waterproof), black eyeshadow, dark grey shadow, and mascara, and an eye shadow brush.

First use an eye liner and rim the whole eyes. Smudge the top lids and sweep black shadow across. Then blend with dark grey shadow just a little bit on top on the black lids...like covering the crease. Apply black mascara. You don't have to do everything in order, just buy the stuff and experiment and you will get the look.

Oh another thing, the picture has been re-edit on like photoshop, so that is why the picture looks better. The contrasts in the picture has been played with, making everything more darker...so yeah.
They look like raccoons in more way than one. That is just hideous. I'm guessing your 14-16 because most girls grow out of that phase when they are like 17/18 and older. Its called eye paint or black eyeshadow and a lot of eye primer.
well prime your eyes very well(very important so it stays BLACK). get the darkest black you can get(MAC black tied is good)apply all over the lid and under it(blend it up more on the lid if you wish), apply false lashes(optional), eyeliner on top and bottm lash line and on your water line(top and bottom), and lastly, MASCARA(: and boom there ya go. oh and there are alot of videos on youtube that can show you what im talking about
you WANT to look like that? just take a jumbo sharpie and color over your eyes and you'll get the same look
Well, if you really want this look-and don't want to put Sharpie all over your eyes, I suggest using lots or liquid black eyeliner, and black eyeshadoww. Ihaven'tt tried it, but its where I would start.

Brands: Use whatever you have availablee; try a few different ones.

Brushes: A larger brush for your eyelid; a liner brush or fine brush for the lower lash line.

Makeup tips for black and white photos?

You don't need much for black and white--though if you wear dark-based colors the shades will show up deeper in the photos.Makeup tips for black and white photos?
Great question! Do not use too much dark makeup. Ditch the eyeliner and lip liner. Too contrasting. If you wear any make SURE your foundation matches your skin tone-you don't want your face to be lighter or darker than your neck!

Also, ask your photographer-they should have some tips too!Makeup tips for black and white photos?
In a black and white photo, the point of makeup is to bring definition to your face so that you don't end up looking washed out or blending in with the background.

First, you'll want to even out your skintone; depending on the amount of coverage you need (less if your skin is blemish free, more if your skin is hyper-pigmented or has blemished). For light coverage, use a tinted-moisturizer that matches your skintone. For more coverage, use a foundation and blend well into your jawline.

For eyes, you want to give them definition without looking too harsh or drawn on. You'll want 2 different shades of eyeshadow: one lighter and one a few shades darker in a neutral color like brown and taupe or beige and cream. Apply the darker color in the crease of your eye and on the outer-third of your lower lash line. This will help add definition and dimension. Next, apply the lighter color on the top of your brow bone, on your eyelids, and on along the inner two-thirds of your bottom lashline. This will help your eyes ';pop'; and stand out. Next, apply black eyeliner along the top lashline, making sure to keep the line thinner on the inner corners and gradually making the line thicker toward the outer corners of the eye. Slightly extend the eyeliner past the outer corner. Apply a thin line of eyeliner along the outer third of the bottom lash line. If the line looks too harsh, smudge the liner with a q-tip for a softer finish. Next, apply two coats of black mascara on top and one coat on bottom lashes.

For cheeks, use a peach blush and apply the color just beneath the cheekbones for a contoured look. Then, apply a bit more blush on just the apples of the cheeks.

For lips, apply a plum or berry lipstick or lipstain. The darker your skintone, the darker the color you can use. Avoid harsh and obvious lipliner, which can create a ';drawn-on'; look.
if you want your lips to appear lipsticked, where dark colors so they don't blend with skin

liquid eyeliner semi thick looks good for black %26amp; white
Makeup should be applied darker than usual to the eyes for a more dramatic look. Fake lashes and a couple coats of mascara. Stick with a pretty pale color lip such as a pink with a shimmer gloss over it. You do not want a dramatic eye with a darker or red lip- it will be too much. Make sure your blush is not overdone either a pretty color is posh by Bare Minerals. Also add a bit of highlight to top of cheekbones.
for black and white photos you would want to rub a vasiline pad on your cheek bone, or just put a light shimmer on your cheeck bone and it will make it look like you ahve high ckeek bones adn you will look beautiful!

    trust me!
yu should put on high eye lashes and yu should put on mascara also to look like yur crying wet the mascara aliitle

    Canadian Passport Photos Rejected?...Hair/Makeup?

I have read all the specifications on the government site however it does not mention makeup or hair. I'd like to know if anyone had their passport photo rejected due to bangs or lipstick etc. I normally wear my hair down with bangs and I wear makeup. I'm wondering about the lip-gloss because of shine, maybe I should use a matte lipstick and will I have to pin back my bangs? I have been told by many people that they had to take off their makeup.

Canadian experiences only please and thank you.Canadian Passport Photos Rejected?...Hair/Makeup?
The Canadian government specifications for passports say nothing about makeup or hair, other than the fact that your face cannot be obscured.

If you normally wear bangs, you can keep them. It might be a good idea to wear matte lipstick, as they do have several references to avoiding shine or reflections in the photos.

    More info:

    http://www.ppt.gc.ca/cdn/photos.aspx?lan鈥?/a>Canadian Passport Photos Rejected?...Hair/Makeup?
I didn't have any problems regarding hair and make-up but they are very fussy about your facial expression. You can't even have a hint of a smile - mine almost got denied because my lips were slightly parted.
Wear your hair as you do in every day life and just cut back on the makeup if you are concerned.
Mine was rejected just because of a little shadow below the ears.

i think the 1st mascara works better for you and the eyeshadow is pretty. Its also not as noticable as you think it would be.Makeup questions, with photos =)?
well i cant tell which mascara is which because you didnt give a particular function like lash-extending, curling, volumizing, etc... but the shadow looks too natural but it looks good on your lashes.
I think they look the same so use the cheaper one.
i like the second mascara better. but be sure not to put on too much because it really brings out your eyes lashes, and too much of it would look overboard. also, the eyeshadow is good for your brow bone, not the entire lid. for your lid, use colors like brown and blue and light shimmery gold. to get these colors go to www. almay.com. they have eye shadows that really bring out your eye color. they are profesionally coordinated to make your eyes glow!

    good luck!
i like the second mascara better, and i LOVE the eyeshadow...what is it, i really really like it.
I like the second one better.
the second one looks thicker, which is better for the night time, but the first one is good for a simple every day look. If the first one is cheaper go for it, and if you want a little more thickness you could always just apply another coat. I really like your eye shadow it's subtle but really pretty!!!
There wasn't a huge difference between the two mascara's, but I liked the second one better. I felt that there was more volume and a little darker. Do you use a eye lash curler? They seem to help my eye lashes a lot.

As far as your eye shadow. I think it's more of a personal preference. I thought it was a little too natural, unless thats the look you are going for. I wear a dark brown every day. Mostly in the upper crease of my lid and then i use a lighter brown all over. But some would say that it's ';too much';. Go with your gut feeling!
I like the second mascara better. And the eyeshadows looks good. :D
I dont think the eyeshadow had an affect on your eye.

you should try for a bit of a darker color.

the mascara's look the same too me.

what mascara i think is really good is the one where you apply that white stuff and then brush it with the black mascara afterwards.

    it gives the best effect.
i think the 1 st one
I like #1 best, and yes I like the eyeshadow. :o)
The second mascara looks darker. And that's all the difference I can tell between the two. And the eye shadow you can't even tell your wearing any just a little shimmer.
    the first mascara definitly
i think the 1st the deffo..the eyeshadow is nice but gold eyeshadow would look nicer %26amp; bring out your eyes
i like the first mascara it looks better the 2nd is too clumpy looking and the eyeshadow looks very cute and natural i think you need more of a brownish or purpleish color
    1st
I wish my eyelashes were as long as yours. The first mascara, i think looks better and the eyeshadow looks good because it's shimmery.
I like the second mascara. and are you even wearing eyeshadow? I can't see it. I think you should use a darker color. Maybe a pink.
i think the mascaras both look the smae the second ones a bit thicker but i would say just pick the cheaper one and as for the eye shadow its very light but i think it looks nice probably not the best choice if your going for a dramatic look but great for casual events, school, or work
i like them both but if i had to decide i would pick the first one and i suggest a brown or light pink eye shadow
I like both... the first one is more %26lt;------that way and the other is ------%26gt; that way. If you don't know what I mean sorry!! But I like them both, I can tell a diifference. I think I like the first mascara

a little better. And I like the eyeshadow. Good Luck!
I like the second mascara. The eye shadow IS a little too natural. Try a little darker and smokier shade.
There's not too much of a difference as far as I can see. So,if you're into a more dramatic look,go with #2 because it is darker. If you want a more natural go with #1. Actually,it won't make too much of a difference if you just go with the cheaper.

As for the eyeshadow,I really like it! It's kind of natural looking, but there's enough shimmer to bring out you're beautiful eyes!

If you want a more dramatic look,I suggest going with a purple-brown color, kind of a plum, because that really brings out green eyes like yours.

    Hope this helped~
I like the second mascara. and I like the eyeshadow, it's just gold speckles so it doesn't really make much of a difference, but it looks nice.
I like the second one! And i love the eye shadow, but it is sorta too light to notice. Pretty though! And you have beautiful eyes! lol! Hope this helped!
    i like both mascaras.

    and i love the eyeshadow.

where did you get it from??

    email me --%26gt;Vintage_GlAmx19@yahoo.com
Maxfactor mascara looks alot nicer the eye shadow is just right less is more you want to look nice without looking like you have tried to hard.
i like on the 3rd pic there looks like there is gold on your eyelash. That was pretty, and the second mascara looked betta
The 3d one looks great, that one is beautiful.
Well..The first one was nicely separated. The second one was separated nicely too, but it looked a little smoother and darker, so i liked the second one the best. As for the eyeshadow, it looked really nice on you, it was subtle but eye catching...I think your eyes were green? if so, purple would look awesome on you.. Make sure its not too dark and shimmery ones look the best... hope that helped you out!
