1) Do you think I have too much makeup on?

hey girl, you're beautiful i think both photos are fine. but i do have a suggestion and i hope you don't get offended cos it's good intentions. are your eyes natural? if they're contacts you should consider a darker tone. mainly because you dont want your eyes to contrast so much with the rest of your face, eyebrow color and hair color. maybe try hazel or gray?Makeup Opinions (Photos)?
Youre eyes look great, you have a nice eye colour anyway. No the makeup is just fine, if you want add some liquid eyeliner to you're top eyelid for a more dramatic look.
Some light hues might look good.
A nice golden shade on the base lid and a little olive green eyehadow on the edge will look good, try adding a baby pink or light brown blush to your cheekbones.
If you want go the whole hog and add lip colour aswell. A lipgloss or brown lipstick will look nice

the make up in the first picture is more suitable for daylight whilst that in the second pictrure is more appropriate for a night out.
in both pictures u look very good and the eye make up is well put on.
ur eyebrows are great... i do not like thin eyebrows... urs are well shaped so i suggest u leave them as they are.
as far as further suggestions i suggest u also put on a little light coloured compact powder ( foundation is too much for u as u already have great looking healthy skin)
for an added touch i also suggest u put on some pink blusher on the cheeks and some clear pinkish lipgloss.

I wouldnt make you eyebrows any thinner if i were you...you have really nice shaped eyebrows!
In regards to make up, i really like the eye make up but would say that this is a more of a smoky eyed look for evenings/nights out! Really nice though! Also i would recommend that you try out some blusher to warm up your complexion!

You're very fair complected so I'd try lighter colors. The eye make up you had looks good but maybe put some foundation on too.
no i don't think that you have to much make up on but you could use a little lip gloss and make your eyebrows a little thicker
