I think you do your makeup really good. I love the way you did your eyes. As for your lips, try adding a light pinkish brown lipstick with a clear gloss over top of it. If I were you, I would probably do a couple things. You should lighten up on your eyeliner, don't use so much on your whole eye, buy some self tanner to use on your face, because it would do wonders for you !!!! Add some lip gloss and smear on some foundation and some neuteral eyeshadow.
I think you'd look pretty in earth hues. Use a little bronzer on your cheeks to add some color to your skin tone. A soft brown on your eyelids and some mascara.

go easy on the black liner. instead, use brown.
