put a medium shade from your lashes to your eyebrow


put a dark shade in the crease


put a light shade above the lashes


apply eyeliner

well, it looks like she is wearing dark brown or black eyeliner on her bottom water line and it looks like a chocolate brown color in the crease, and a nude color on the lid. This is a very simple look to achieve.
that is just basic, use a bronzer shadow along the globeline creating a v, blend well with a lighter shadow.. draw aline along the lashline and then mascara.. hard to explain by words, but thats not for people without eyelids :o
