me and my friend are getting our passprot photos taken and we want to put some make up on but we are not sure f we are aloud.Can kids where makeup for passport photos these days ?

i was 14 when i got my passport photo taken and that was last year but i wore makeup. you just cant put a lot of makeup on. like light amounts of it
